Komori Lithrone LS 640/7 Ünits 6 Colours and UV lac Units Offset Printing Machine
In 2005, we invested on a 7 unit layer offset printing machine, which has the latest technology today. Its most important feature is that it can not only print on paper but also on plastic materials like PE, PVC, PP etc. through its drying gear at the units. This machine with 7 units can print 6 conventional colours + UV colouring + Dispersion lac + UV lac in one single pass.
UV (Ultraviolet) technology started to be used in Europe and America in the production of many goods it has become especially popular in the labelling sector. In recent years, UV ink systems have developed into something which is widely demanded in Seet-fed offset printing machines.
Our machinery Komori Lithrone S40 Sheet-fed offset 70*100 possesses a configuration of the UV gear. Thanks to Kamori S40 Nordson UV driers, which have highly special features fitted, printing on film materials other than paper (OPP, PVC, PE) is now possible. |
