İLKETAP, Which is the meeting point of high technology and experience first started to serve the sector in 1981in Bursa by printing documents by means of typographical printing; upgraded it is equipment to the offset technique in 1984; and countinued to manufacture its products by expending ıts product spectrum. From 1987 on, the Company became specialized on `labels` in its current address and is still printing labels and distributing them throughtout Turkey as it has done for the last 27 years. On the basis of the idea that labels are into every sector in the modern world and that this is a sector wıth open horizons which has no other choice than to develop and grow. İLKETAP broadened the scope of ıt is services even further by acquiring the Ko-pack label printing machine ( equipped with 6 color letter-press, 2 color printing on adhesive back surface, 2 color silk screen printing, UV lacquer, cellophane, Hot-foil, flatbed and rotary cutting unit ); added the roller and letter-press techniques to the list of services rendered by means of sheet offset technique ( label production for the canned food, water, mineral water, beverages, tomato paste, detergent sector groups ); allowed printing not only on paper but also on OPP, PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Film Materials and thus became capable of rendering services to the cosmetics and shampoo sectors. İLKETAP made a final investment in 2005 to acquire a versatile machine called Komori LS 640 ( 70x100 ) to print transparent and plastic materials apart from paper and to print wıth UV dye while using the offset printing technique. Thanks to the spectrometer it is equipped wıth, Komori LS 640 is capable of fixing the work piece at the same color values throughout the work. Meanwhile, thanks to the CTP Server Fuji Luxel 762x765 availeble in our machine park, it is possible to obtain high printing trams. Rapidly reacting to customer demands, our company is being highly preferred in recent years on account of ıts organization structure favoring new product development. Always a pioneer in its own field. İLKETAP closely follows up the ever changing international technologies, attaches special importance to label production and is proud to render services to all of ıts customers wıth hıgh quality and competitive and suitable prices. Owing this to its substructure. İLKETAP reinforced it is productivity wıth ıts pre-printing, printing and post-printing label production machine park, specially cut hydraulic and programmed cutters, silk screen printing, hot foil, UV lacquer, dispersion lacquer and UV Printing applications. With the quality certificate obtained in 2003 ( İSO 9001/2000 ), our company got hold of an advantages in terms of both productivity and working understanding and seized a different dynamism by means of fast, high quality and controlled production.
By manufacturing labels with the simultaneous use of four different printing techniques (rotogravure, flexography, offset and serigraphy) due to NILPETER label printing machine investment made in 2008, İlketap has broken new ground in Turkey.
Allowing the simultaneous use of four different printing techniques, this label printing machine also allows on-demand application of UV lacquer, lamination, printing on adhesive surface as well as cold and hot-foil printing.
Having made this last investment, İlketap has adopted a very different vision in manufacturing multi-feature labels and new product development in its own industry.
